I have participated in several workshops to learn the most effective means of science communication. I plan several outreach events each year in the local community to engage people in astronomy such as public viewing through a telescope or bringing young students to campus to play with physics demos.

Clemson Planetarium

Digital planetaria are transforming learning for audiences of all ages. The fulldome digital planetarium at Clemson immerses the audience in astronomy and helps the science come alive. I enjoy introducing my audience to the night sky and the motions of celestial bodies and any other topic that might be interested in from our closest star to black holes across the universe!
